AXLR8 average retention (customer life time) is 7 years and 295 days. It is brought down by new signings this month but increased by clients who have been with us more than 25 years. We only entered some markets in the last 5 years.

With a more competitive world and oversupply in every market, AXLR8 are very proud of our client retention record of nearly 8 years.

Reasons for leaving

With such a long time in business and world affairs changing, you can imagine that retirement, change of business, Covid, liquidation and change of personnel all removed clients from the list.
Competitor loss is an occasional shock. We always remember that clients have other options! It sharpens us up! Product competitiveness rises and falls compared to competitors over the years. One minute we are overtaken with some new competitive features, the next, we are overtaking them again! We plough all our profits into new feaures and better customer service after a small retention for business continuity.
